Terms and Conditions for Art Consultants 

These Terms and Conditions govern the role and responsibilities of Art Consultants, who promote and sell artworks listed on Covert Arts,via a unique referral code.

1. Registration & Approval

Consultants must register with valid details and await approval from Covert Arts.

Upon approval, a unique referral code will be provided for use during promotions and client referrals.

2. Use of Referral Code

The referral code must be used during the client’s purchase checkout for commission eligibility.

Consultants are responsible for sharing the correct code with their clients.

3. Commission Structure

A fixed percentage or agreed amount will be paid per successful sale attributed to the Consultant’s referral code.

The percentage is defined at the time of onboarding and may vary based on campaign or artwork category.

Commission will be paid after 7–14 working days of successful delivery and confirmation of the order (no returns or cancellations).

4. Payments

Commissions will be transferred via bank account, as per the details provided by the Consultant.

The Consultant must raise an invoice (if required) for processing the commission payout.

5. Code of Conduct

Consultants agree to:

Represent Covert Arts professionally and ethically.

Promote only authentic and original artwork listed on our platform.

Not make false claims or misrepresent the brand or artwork.

Not use unauthorized marketing tactics (spam, misrepresentation, unethical promotion).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and branding materials remain the property of Covert Arts.

Consultants may use promotional materials provided by Covert Arts for marketing purposes only.

7. Termination

Covert Arts reserves the right to terminate or suspend the Consultant’s referral privileges at any time, with or without notice, in case of policy violation or unethical behavior.

8. Limitation of Liability

Covert Arts is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the Consultant’s promotional activities.

We are not responsible for technical issues related to code tracking, but will make reasonable efforts to resolve any issues.

9. Modifications

Covert Arts reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the referral code after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. 

By participating as a Consultant and using the referral code, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
