Terms & Conditions – CovertArts Collectable Authenticity Cards.

Welcome to CovertArts. By accessing, registering, or using our Collectable Authenticity Cards and related services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1.Registration of Your Collectable

 Every CovertArts Collectable Authenticity Card contains a unique 14-digit Registration Number.

2. To complete your collectable registration, you must enter this 14-digit number in the “Register My Collectables” section on our official website: www.covertarts.com.

3. Registration is mandatory to activate and validate the ownership of your Collectable Authenticity Card.

2. Activation of the Covert Code

1. Once your 14-digit Registration Number is successfully submitted and verified, you will receive your Activated Covert Code.

2. Only one verified Covert Code will be issued to each verified customer.

3. This Covert Code can be used repeatedly for eligible benefits, offers, or discounts on our platform.

4. Customers do not need multiple Covert Codes. One valid code is sufficient for all ongoing usage.

5. Multiple registration attempts for additional Covert Codes are not allowed and will be rejected.

3. Registration of Multiple Collectables

1. Even though each customer receives only one Covert Code, every collectable card must still be registered individually using its own 14-digit Registration Number.

2. Each card registration is linked to your verified customer profile.

3. Failing to register a card will result in the card remaining inactive and unverified.

4. Ownership & Verification

1. The Activation of the Covert Code signifies that the ownership of the collectable has been verified.

2. CovertArts does not support third-party selling, transfer, or trading of Authenticity Collectable Cards.

3. Any attempt to transfer registration or ownership outside CovertArts’ official system is strictly prohibited.

5. Use of Covert Code

1. Your Covert Code may be used only on the CovertArts platform for eligible purposes as defined by the company.

2. Misuse of the Covert Code, including sharing, selling, duplicating, or manipulating it, may lead to immediate deactivation.

6. Limitations & Disclaimer

1. CovertArts Collectable Authenticity Cards are not a financial instrument, investment tool, or trading asset.

2. CovertArts does not guarantee future monetary value, appreciation, or resale opportunities.

3. Customers are advised to read the full Terms & Conditions before purchasing or registering any Collectable Card.

7. Policy Violations

CovertArts reserves the right to suspend, reject, or permanently disable:

Duplicate registrations

Fraudulent activities

Unauthorized Covert Code usage

Attempts to transfer ownership via third parties

8. Amendments

CovertArts may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or registration system implies acceptance of the updated terms.
