Each artwork is treated as a Digital collectibles, not as mass-produced digital content.

3.1 What You Own

Upon successful purchase, the buyer receives:

Ownership of the registered digital collectible

The Official Registration Certificate

The assigned Certified Registration Number

The unique Covert Code

The right to display the artwork for personal, non-commercial use

Ownership refers strictly to the collectible registration and associated rights, not the underlying intellectual property.

3.2 Intellectual Property Rights

All artworks remain the intellectual property of Dr. Sandeep S B and Covert Arts

Copyright, moral rights, and creative rights are not transferred

Buyers may not:

Reproduce

Modify

Resell commercially

Distribute

Mint as NFTs

Use in branding, advertising, or merchandise

Without prior written consent from Covert Arts.

Every artwork purchased from Covert Arts is:

Registered in the Covert Arts Digital Registry

Issued with a Registration Certificate

Assigned a unique registration number

Recorded as an authentic collectible entry

This registration:

Confirms originality

Establishes collectible identity

Provides traceability within the Covert Arts ecosystem

The registry is maintained internally by Covert Arts and is tamper-resistant and permanent.

Each artwork includes a unique Covert Code, which:

May be used as a promotional or referral code

May provide discounts or benefits as defined by Covert Arts

May generate commissions or rewards where applicable

Covert Arts reserves the right to:

Suspend

Withdraw Covert Code benefits at any time

Without prior notice.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise

Prices are subject to change without prior notice

Payments are processed through secure, authorized payment gateways

Successful payment is required before registration and delivery

Once an artwork is registered, the transaction is final.

Due to the digital, registered, and collectible nature of the artworks:

No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks are permitted

Once issued, a registration number cannot be revoked or reassigned
